Overview Thank you for purchasing our courses at Learning Unpacked. We want to ensure that our students have a rewarding experience while they are discovering, evaluating, and purchasing our educational content.
Because our products are digital, our refund policy differs from physical goods. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most of our online courses, subject to the conditions outlined below. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Course Refunds To protect our instructors and our intellectual property, refund requests for digital courses are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
- You must have completed less than 30% of the course content. (We track course progress and completion rates through our learning management system).
- You have not downloaded any of the course’s offline materials, resources, or certificates of completion.
If you meet these criteria and wish to request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation of why the course was not a good fit for you.
Non-Refundable Items Certain types of digital items and services are strictly non-refundable. These include:
- Downloadable software, templates, or PDF resources.
- Gift cards or promotional codes.
- Memberships or subscription renewals (unless canceled prior to the renewal billing date).
- Coaching sessions, consultations, or live workshops once they have commenced.
Refund Processing Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges Because our items are digital courses, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong course by mistake, please reach out to us within 48 hours at [email protected] so we can assist you in transferring your enrollment to the correct course.
